Billing
Who handles the payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your card details go to Paddle, never to us.
How do I subscribe?
Open the dashboard, log in with Discord, pick a server you manage, and choose Upgrade on its Premium tab. Premium turns on within a few seconds of paying.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the server's Premium tab → Manage billing. The subscription won't renew, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing is charged after that.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of any payment. See the refund policy.
What happens to my recordings if Premium ends?
Nothing is deleted right away. After a 14-day grace period, the Free plan's 7-day retention applies, so download anything you want to keep.
